Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 8–12 business days for customers in Malta and the EU. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & Duties portapaws.store ships internationally. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
